Healing Services For Your Journey

We offer healing services in a variety of ways including psychotherapy, body-mind practices, teaching, nature-based therapy, and/or energy healing. Examples of therapeutic modalities include Sensorimotor, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness Based Practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Our goal at each session is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself in a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment. Insights are offered to you regarding the beliefs, behavioral and emotional patterns, and thoughts that have prevented you from reaching goals in the past. You have the power and the ability to solve your own problems and heal yourself. 

These sessions typically last 50-55 minutes. This service is provided in person, on the telephone, or through a secure HIPAA-compliant, live video technology site.

We also offer nature-based therapy also known as ecotherapy. It is a psychotherapy session that occurs in connection with the Earth and takes place in nature. It has been proven to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety and lower levels of stress. Ecotherapy improves your overall well-being - mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are scheduled dependent on the weather and can take place at the beaches of Rehoboth or Lewes. Or, on one of the many walking trails in the Sussex County, DE area.

OBSESSIONS & COMPULSIONS

Maybe your mind gets caught in loops of intrusive thoughts or rituals. Maybe you notice patterns like hoarding, hair-pulling, or skin-picking. These behaviors often grow out of pain, not weakness—and we walk with you toward gentler ways of being.

  • Struggles with intimacy or sexual concerns

SELF-IDENTITY & LIFE DIRECTION

Maybe you’re wrestling with self-esteem, exploring gender or sexuality, or standing at the edge of a major life transition. You don’t need to figure it all out alone.

Because HealTree is a collective of independently practicing providers, fees and insurance participation vary by clinician.
Below is an overview to help you understand your payment options.

Self-Pay / Out-of-Pocket

Self-pay session fees typically range from $150–$250 per session, depending on the provider.

Some clinicians offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients, with eligibility based on self-reported income. Sliding scale availability varies by provider and is offered upon request.

Insurance Coverage

With the exception of Catrina Stiller, all HealTree providers offer in-network services with the plans listed below.

In-Network Insurance

    • Federal Employee Plans

    • PPO Plans

    • Indemnity Par Plans

If you plan to use insurance, we strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits and coverage. You may be asked to provide our Group NPI #: 1275132193.

Please note: While we are happy to assist with information, coverage cannot be guaranteed, and clients are ultimately responsible for any balances not covered by insurance.

Out-of-Network Insurance

The following plans are considered out-of-network:

  • Other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (e.g., Anthem)

  • Medicaid / Medicare

  • Medicare Advantage

  • Highmark Health Options

  • EPO Plans

Insurance plans not listed above (such as Cigna) are considered self-pay. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
