OUR WHY

To guide individuals in cultivating their natural ability to grow and heal so that all beings may thrive.

How We Heal Ourselves

We are all born innately good and programmed to grow and heal. When we begin to focus our attention on the curious exploration of the parts of ourselves - our physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs - we awaken our natural ability to heal. All of these parts are interconnected. What we experience inside our bodies impacts our emotions which affects our behaviors and our thoughts. And vice versa. What we think influences how we feel, and how we feel transforms the sensations present in our physical selves. This in turn influences how we respond to those around us and the world at large.

When we focus all of our energy on making one small change in any part of Self, other shifts and changes in all the other areas of our life will also occur. Small steps create long-lasting and dynamic results. Take that first step. Contact us.

About Us

HealTree was formed in 2020 during the height of the global pandemic by founder, Catrina Stiller. After working in private practice for many years, Stiller wanted to create an organization that would bring together like-minded mental health counselors and other healers to embody her vision of all beings living in peace.

HealTree offers a safe, accepting place for humans to explore their inner worlds and learn of their innate ability to end their own suffering. People who are hurting, hurt other people. When individuals gain the skills needed to heal themselves, they are less likely to hurt others.

People, like trees, are incredibly resilient. HealTree offers psychotherapy, groups, and workshops to assist individuals in growing strong roots so they may learn to weather any storm life sends their way.

Guiding Principles

We heal through connection, to oneself and others. 

Practice what we teach.

Knowledge is gained through experiences.

Get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Laughter is the best medicine.

Nature and animals have the power to heal.


A crisis is a perfect time for transformation.
