HealTree, a holistic mental health counseling office in Lewes, is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our practice. This role will begin with a focus on billing and administrative support and is designed to grow into a larger office management position.

Working closely with the CEO and current Office Manager, this person will play an important role in supporting therapists, maintaining smooth client experiences, and helping the practice operate efficiently. Over the first six months, the position is expected to expand in both responsibilities and hours, with the potential to grow toward a full-time Office Manager role as the practice continues to develop.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and meaningful work in a mission-driven environment centered on holistic mental health and wellness.

Initial Position Details

• Part-time: up to 10 hours per week
• Compensation: $18/hr

HealTree is seeking Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice and wellness center. We prefer to bring a holistic approach to treatment. The majority of our clients are adolescents, emerging adults - older adults with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic stress and/or PTSD. We provide an environment in which self-care is valued. Our goal is to introduce our clients to the tools they need to thrive.

We are looking for therapists who have interest and experience in eastern philosophy or therapists who are open to learning about holistic or integrative approaches. HealTree offers a variety of holistic programing that allows clients to explore their healing journey through connection, compassion, and authenticity. Our space allows for a variety of treatment settings and can accommodate therapists offering individual psychotherapy, group therapy, workshops, and retreats. A holistic focused clinician with a drive to create and cultivate healing within our community will be a welcome addition to our growing mental health wellness center. This position is flexible; full-time, part-time and independent contract applications will be accepted and reviewed. You must be licensed in the State of DE and preferably credentialed on the board of at least one private insurance. It is preferred that you have experience with at least one holistic modality perhaps through somatic interventions, yoga, or mindfulness based therapy practices.
