ABOUT
CATRINA STILLER
Founder,
Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health
Hi, I’m Catrina — a therapist, lifelong learner, and the founder of HealTree. For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from life’s struggles, and discover new ways to grow. My approach is gentle, holistic, and eclectic, drawing on everything from traditional talk therapy to mindfulness, somatic practices, trauma-centered trauma-sensitive care, and the grounding power of nature.
My passion is helping people come home to themselves — to befriend their bodies, listen to their intuition, and learn how to transform difficult emotions like grief, shame, or anger into courage, acceptance, and joy. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will hold space, ask thoughtful questions, and share practical tools to support you in finding your own path forward.
I’m deeply curious about people and the world — I love meaningful conversations, time in the woods, exploring new places, silent retreats, and (always) good dark chocolate and garden goodies. Music is one of my favorite ways to connect, and I love hearing the songs that matter most to the people in my life.
At HealTree, my goal is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where every emotion is welcome and where healing happens through connection — to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
