After personal trials and burnout from a career in large-scale meeting and event planning, a lifestyle shift focused on healing and wellness called to me. My journey through grief and reconnecting with myself lit a spark of purpose. Now, as a certified life and health coach and Master of Social Work graduate student (aka therapist-in-training) my intentions and energy are dedicated to the continuous healing of myself and others.
I am grateful to be part of the HealTree team as the Office Manager and Event Coordinator, and I look forward to maintaining a safe and comfortable place for the community to embark on deeper healing.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in Human Development and Family Studies with Community Services Option. A Master of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Counseling with a focus on School Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in the state of DE and formally in PA. I hold a certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors, a Reiki II certification, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, and I have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for those seeking supervision in counseling.
