HOW WE OPERATE
Our office operates by appointment only and does not have set business hours or a receptionist.
Please call 302-427-4683 or email us at info@healtree.co to set up an appointment, as needed.
Q: Are you accepting new clients?
A: Our founder, Catrina Stiller, is not accepting new clients, though the remainder of our team is accepting a waitlist. Availability is based on the needs of existing clients, so we are not able to offer an estimated time frame. Please submit this form if you'd like to be added to the waitlist.
Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: Our office is able to accept Highmark Delaware Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance plans. We are in-network with Federal Employee and PPO plans. We are out-of-network with Medicaid and Medicare plans, as well as Highmark Health Options, and the Freedom Blue Plan, though we can provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm coverage. If you have questions about your personal insurance plan, please contact us at info@healtree.co.
Q: Can I pay out-of-pocket?
A: Yes, we do accept self-pay options. Our billing rate is $180/session, but we also offer a sliding fee scale, which can allow a reduced session rate based on your self-reported income.
Q: Where is your office located?
A: We are located at 1632 Savannah Rd. Lewes, DE 19958. We are in a pale yellow building across the street from the CVS, in Suites 5 (1st floor), 9 and 10 (2nd floor).
Q: Is the office handicap accessible?
A: The building does not have an elevator. If you have mobility restrictions, we can make accommodations for your session to be held on the 1st floor or virtually.
Q: Is there parking available at the office?
A: Yes, there is ample, free parking available in front, to the right, and behind our building.
Q: Can anyone attend your workshops or do you have to be a client of HealTree?
A: Our workshops are open to the community! All are welcome! Check out our upcoming workshops here: https://healtree.co/group-events/.
Q: Do I have to register to attend a workshop ahead of time?
A: Yes, we request that you register ahead of time to help us prepare our space accordingly (even if the workshop is free!). To register, you will need to create an account through our registration system, Wellness Living. You can register and pay through the system. If you have trouble while trying to register, please contact our office at 302-827-4683 or email info@healtree.co.
Q: Can I host a workshop?
A: Yes and yes! We appreciate the opportunity to sponsor workshops with aligned topics and practitioners. For workshops that are outside of the HealTree philosophies or practices, you can rent the space without sponsorship. To discuss the options and pricing, please email info@healtree.co with details about your workshop.
Q: Do you rent out your office space?
A: We do have space available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. For information about availability and pricing, please email info@healtree.co.
