What is the Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT tapping,  is an alternative therapy that aids in the healing of trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, physical pain, insomnia, PTSD and more. 

EFT is a technique which utilizes the body’s energy meridian points.  You stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them lightly with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.  

These points include: the top of the head, eyebrows, side of the eyes, under the eyes, under the nose, the chin, the collar bone, as well as under the arms. Stimulating these points while focusing on the negative emotion that you are feeling, ultimately enables you to release the negative and increase the positive energy flow.
